UK Standard (Free Delivery): This service will be carried out by Royal Mail or by a courier. Please allow 3-5 days for this delivery option.
UK Next Working Day: This service will be carried out by either Royal Mail or a courier service. This service applies to orders placed before 00.00 hrs. Orders placed on a Friday after 14.00 hrs will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.
EU (European Union Countries): This service will be carried out by Royal Mail & national postal services or courier service. Please allow from up to 10 working days for this delivery option. Delivery times are often sooner, country dependent.

Please Note:
1.) "Next Working Day" service applies to orders placed before 14.00 hrs BST on working days.
2.) Saturday, Sunday & public holidays in the UK are not classed as working days for the purpose of extreme supplies deliveries.

Delivery Method and Timing

Missing Orders
Firstly, please check your account or email account for messages from customer support. Secondly, please take care to check the above schedule and allow for non working days such as weekends and bank holidays to be excluded while calculating delivery time. In the unusual event of a non-delivery, please allow 7 working days before contacting us regarding UK standard service items and 10 working days for all EU non deliveries. All non-deliveries / incomplete deliveries should be reported to HiTech Shop within 20 days of receipt of dispatch email.

Items dispatched from HiTechshop.co.uk may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to take delivery you will be left a card notifying you of the attempted delivery by the relevant service agent. If the attempted delivery is by Royal Mail you can request re-delivery or you can pick up from your local sorting office. If delivery has been attempted by a courier service you can pick up the item from your nearest depot. You may need identification and the attempted delivery notification when picking up an item.

Additional Postage Charges
Heavy & High Value items such as Tripods and Scanners, being dispatched to remote addresses and addresses outside the UK Mainland may incur an additional postage charge in addition to the amount charged in the shopping cart. We will contact you direct if this is applicable.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email (and text message if a mobile number is supplied) to confirm that it is on its way.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

What do I do if I have not received my order when expected?

Courier Please check your tracking details and contact the courier to trace your parcel. Please note that couriers can deliver up until 7pm.

Royal Mail Although 1st class mail is usually delivered in 1-2 days, it occasionally takes longer. Royal Mail themselves do not consider mail to be lost until 15 working days after it has been sent.
